Spaghetti carbonara
Before eating, it is preferable to sprinkle a teaspoon of grated parmesan cheese on top of the dish, and if you like, you can add some more black pepper.
Here in Peproncino, we like to add some toasted breadcrumbs on top to make the dish slightly crunchy.
With pasta Carbonara goes preety well a glass of Cabernet sauvignon.
