Domaći fuži alla crudaiola
Crudaiola comes from italian word "crudo" which means "raw" and here in Peperoncino we prepare them with homemade Istrian noodles fuži, fresh cherry tomatoes and arugula.
If desired, you can sprinkle the dish with a teaspoon of grated cheese. Some people like to add a little bit of balsamic vinegar, if nearby.
Fuži alla crudaiola goes well with a glass of Chardonnay or Sauvignon blanc and on summer days also with a light rosé wine.
